Redditech Labs is founded and run by Nissan Dookeran and works with a named roster of AI agents. Firstmate coordinates their work across projects and Shared Brain keeps the lessons that carry from one project to the next. People approve anything that leaves the lab: publishing, spending, credentials and changes to other people's systems.
The lab exists because the gap between AI research and working software is still too wide. Someone has to close it — not by writing blog posts about AI, but by building things, deploying them, and publishing what actually happens. Some projects reach production. Some don't survive contact with real users. All of them teach something worth documenting.
Read the research. Build the thing. Measure what happens. Publish what you learn.
We open source by default. Not as a marketing strategy, but because the best way to build a community of builders is to give them something genuine to use. We publish back.
We don't just research AI agent systems. We run one.
The lab works with named AI agents: Loki, Firefly, Kit, Archie, Sara, Oli, Belle, Liv, Quill, Finn, Becky and Quinn. Each has a defined charter, routing rules and a skill library scoped to its domain. Every agent works under a documented constitutional standard: persona, scope, tools and escalation paths are written down, not improvised.
Firstmate coordinates agent work across projects: briefing, dispatch, review and handoff. Shared Brain keeps the lessons that should outlive any one project. Playbooks were proposed upstream to OpenClaw as RFC #52653; the issue was closed as not planned on 25 Apr 2026.
People approve anything that leaves the lab: publishing, spending, credentials and changes to other people's systems.
